Returns Policy

Refund: Return of purchased item accepted for full money back or store credit if goods are FAULTY ONLY.

Postage and Handling Charges if garment is faulty: We will refund the original postage charges in the unlikely event of a garment being faulty; however, you will not be charged for delivery should you opt for a replacement item. Please email us at customerservice@pudu.com.au to intimate us.

Item Condition: Please return item in its original condition and packaging with all tags and labels intact. We will not accept any items if they have been worn or used prior to its return

Proof of Purchase: Please enclose your invoice from paypal as proof of purchase.

Size: IF a garment does not fit you then you can exchange for another size or product of the same value.Please email us at customerservice@pudu.com.au to schedule a pick up. Please note that it will take 14 working days for us to implment a pick up and dispatch of a replacement product.

We do not offer a refund if you simply change your mind. So please choose carefully.
